We offer a range of classes from beginner to experienced at our Pilates & Yoga studio tucked alongside the scenic Malahat.
Beginner Reformer Flow
This beginner level Reformer class is designed to introduce you to Pilates in a supportive, small-group setting of just four participants.
Each class focuses on foundational movement, alignment, and clear instruction, with plenty of individualized attention.
You will learn the essential principles of Reformer Pilates.
Mat & Reformer Flow
This welcoming, entry level mat and reformer class is designed specifically for those new to Pilates or looking to refine their technique.
This session focuses on learning to move from your "center," while improving your overall flexibility and spinal mobility.
No experience is required—just the desire to move with intention. You will leave feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to your body.
Stretch Reformer Fusion
Join this group reformer class to enhance balance, coordination, and body length through mindful movements.
With flowing sequences similar to yoga and targeted exercises to improve posture, balance, and stability.
Accessible for all levels, this class moves at a slower pace, incorporating breathwork and stretching to leave you feeling connected and rejuvenated.
Mixed Level Reformer Flow
This mixed-level Pilates Reformer class offers a dynamic, full-body workout that adapts to you.
With personalized options and progressions, you’ll build strength, improve posture, and move with greater ease—whether you’re new to Pilates or ready to level up.

Barre Reformer Fusion
Experience a transformative full-body workout that bridges the gap between the precision of Pilates and the high-energy burn of Barre.
This class utilizes the Pilates Reformer to add a new dimension of resistance and instability to classic Barre sequences.
Classes can include hand weights, booty bands, magic circles, and many other small props to make this workout fun at the barre as well as on the pilates reformer.
Jumpboard Reformer Flow
This energizing four-person class combines low-impact cardio with targeted strength and sculpting exercises using the reformer with a jumpboard.
Designed to boost endurance, increase core stability, and improve overall fitness without stressing the joints, it’s perfect for all levels.
Expect a dynamic, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and energized.
Hatha Yoga
Move, breathe, and reset in a calm, supportive environment.
This small-group Hatha Yoga class focuses on mindful movement, gentle strength, and mobility through traditional postures practiced at an accessible pace.
With only four participants, you’ll receive individualized guidance to help improve flexibility, balance, and overall ease in your body. You need to bring a yoga mat to this class.
