Barre Reformer Fusion

Experience a transformative full-body workout that bridges the gap between the precision of Pilates and the high-energy burn of Barre.

This class utilizes the Pilates Reformer to add a new dimension of resistance and instability to classic Barre sequences.

Classes can include hand weights, booty bands, magic circles, and many other small props to make this workout fun at the barre as well as on the pilates reformer.
