Introduction to Pilates - Private Sessions for Beginners
This 60-minute, one-on-one session is your personalized introduction to Pilates.
We begin by discussing your goals, movement history, and injuries or limitations, followed by a detailed postural assessment.
You’ll be guided through the essential Pilates principles tailored specifically to your body, with the use of some or all of the equipment, leaving you feeling confident and prepared for classes

Duet Semi-Private Session
Train together in a fully customized Pilates session using all studio apparatus—Reformer, Chair, Tower, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel.
This semi-private duet offers personalized instruction, individual modifications, and the motivation of moving alongside a partner.
Ideal for all levels, from rehabilitation to athletic conditioning, and perfect for friends, partners, or family who want a premium, shared Pilates experience.

Posture and Movement Insight
Each class is a 1-hour session with Sydney, providing deep insight into a specific movement strategies your body has adopted—I help your body move smarter, focusing on building better movement options that carry over into your daily life.

A private or duet session introducing the core principles of Pilates, tailored specifically to your body.
