Meet Sydney
Sydney McCowan is a Master Pilates instructor, Assistant Educator, and registered physiotherapy assistant with over 19 years of experience. She offers a specialized and informed approach to movement, driven by her passion for body movement and her deep understanding of how the body responds to pain, injury, and recovery.
Her introduction to Pilates began in the early 2000s during her own recovery from radiation therapy. Since then, it has remained central to her rehabilitation from multiple complex injuries, shaping a practice grounded in both clinical insight and lived experience.
Sydney offers more than just instruction—she encourages you to discover movement that feels good. This provides an elevated movement experience designed for you to explore, strengthen, and refine your body over time, allowing you to live your best daily life.
