Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens — schedules change, kids get sick, meetings run late — and I will always do my best to accommodate you!
To keep our classes running smoothly and fair for everyone, I kindly ask that you follow the cancellation guidelines below:
Mat Classes:
If you need to miss a class during a pre-booked session, please inform me in advance. Unfortunately, missed classes cannot be refunded or credited, as your spot is reserved for the entire session. If there is availability, I will do my best to accommodate a make-up class for reasons such as illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts. This option will only be available during the same session and must be booked in advance for a class of the same type, unless we discuss alternative arrangements individually.
Group Classes:
Please cancel or reschedule your class at least 12 hours before the start time. If I do not receive a notification within this time, it will be considered "Short Notice Cancellation."
Short notice cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pass or charged as a single session.
Private & Semi-Private Sessions:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
One Freebie:
Everyone gets one “late cancel grace pass” per year. So if you do cancel last minute due to life, this will be applied for one time.
Why This Matters:
Our class sizes are small to ensure quality instruction and personal attention. When you cancel late, it prevents another client from taking that spot.
