The goal of my studio is to provide small

3-5 person group classes that offer quicker progress, lower risk of injury, and allow for personalised modifications.

 

I am located on a vibrant working farm near the stunning Spectacle Lake in the Cowichan Valley, Shawnigan Lake, Malahat area.

I offer a variety of mat classes, both pilates and yoga, as well as group or private reformer equipment sessions.
