Pilates Mat Classes
Level I Pilates Mat Class

These classes are offered in 4-week sessions, with the class repeating on the same day of the week/ time consecutively.
There are multiple days/times of the week offered for these sessions.
Registration is required, and no drop-in is offered.
This 1-hour class will give you the beginner 25 mat exercises that are the base of all Pilates classes. These movements focus on engaging the mind and body together allowing you to strengthen the core, improve balance, increase coordination, gain strength, and reduce stress. These classes are appropriate for any age from 10-100 with low impact and enormous benefits.
Level II Pilates Mat Class

These classes are offered in 4-week sessions, with the class repeating on the same day of the week/ time consecutively.
There are multiple days/times of the week offered for these sessions.
Registration is required, and no drop-in is offered.
This 1-hour class is for those students who have had experience with Pilates repertoire and are comfortable with the language and cueing of the beginner exercises. There will be an additional 23 exercises that are taught with an increased speed as clients have an understanding of the beginner exercises, cueing language,e and increased stability and strength to add additional challenge in their practice. Please note this increase level of class is not based on the length of time you have been taking Pilates it is based around your physical ability, body awareness and safety as that is my priority.
Level III Pilates Mat Class

These classes are offered in 4-week sessions, with the class repeating on the same day of the week/ time consecutively.
There are multiple days/times of the week offered for these sessions.
Registration is required, and no drop-in is offered.
There are no scheduled sessions at this time due to demand, please contact me to add yourself to a waitlist.
This 1-hour class is for those students who have had experience with the Pilates repertoire and are comfortable with the language and cueing of the level I and level II exercises. Please note this increased level of class is not based on the length of time you have been taking Pilates it is based around your physical ability, body awareness and safety as that is my priority. This class will incorporate bands, rings, foam rollers, small weighted balls, and balls with an additional 25 new or adapted exercises.
Pilates Private Equipment Sessions
Reformer Private Session-New Student

This session is only offered once per student per lifetime.
There are multiple days/times of the week offered for these sessions booked by appointment only.
This 1.5-hour private session will allow you to become familiar with the reformer equipment and basic reformer level I exercises. It includes an in-depth physical assessment of your body alignment and understanding of your individual needs or training goals. This helps you find a connection within your own body with the undivided attention of a experienced teacher.
Reformer Private Session

These sessions are offered for purchase in single sessions or multiples for a discounted price.
There are multiple days/times of the week offered for these sessions booked by appointment only.
These are continued private sessions of 1-hour for you after taking a new student private reformer session to have a whole body workout incorporating the level I, level II or level II reformer exercises based on your experience to become more familiar with the reformer and how it works for your goals. Taught at a slower pace then a group class with deeper personal cues and individual modifications with the full attention of an experienced instructor.
Cadillac or Chair Private Session

These sessions are offered for purchase in single sessions.
There are multiple days/times of the week offered for these sessions booked by appointment only.
This is a 1-hour private session where you can use either the Cadillac or Chair or a combination of the two apparatus to learn the fundamentals of these other pieces of Pilates equipment to enhance your goals, accessing other exercises ,and optimizing your sessions.
Pilates Equipment Group Classes
Reformer Class

There are multiple days/times of the week offered for these classes. Classes only run with 2 people as a minimum.
Pre-booking is required, and no drop-in is offered.
This 1-hour group class is for you and 2 other people who both have previous reformer experience, having 1- 2 private reformer sessions each with our studio before this type of booking. Please note that this allows for the physical ability to execute exercises using the proper muscles, body awareness, and familiarity with equipment while maximizing your time and money.
Pilates Equipment Class

These classes are offered for purchase in singles.
There are multiple days/times of the week offered for these classes.
Classes only run with a minimum 3 people.
Pre-booking is required, and no drop-in is offered.
You can use the Reformers, Cadillac, Chair, or a combination of the apparatuses for a 1-hour group session. Please note that this does require 1-3 private sessions before being familiar with all of these apparatuses before booking. Please note this allows for the physical ability to execute exercises using the proper muscles, body awareness, and familiarity with equipment while maximizing your and others time and money.
Yoga
Pilates and Yoga Fusion Class

These classes are offered in 4-week sessions, with the class repeating on the same day of the week/ time consecutively.

Join our expert-led 1-hour Pilates and yoga fusion class to improve your core strength, flexibility, and balance. This class begins with muscle-toning Pilates and ends with yoga, stretching, and meditation. It will incorporate blocks, yoga straps, bands, rings, foam rollers, small weights and is designed for students of all levels to feel challenged.
Hatha Yoga

These classes are offered in 4-week sessions, with the class repeating on the same day of the week/ time consecutively.

You are able to use the Reformers, Cadillac, and Chair or a combination of the apparatuses for a 1-hour group session. Restorative Yoga

These classes are offered in 4-week sessions, with the class repeating on the same day of the week/ time consecutively.
Registration is required, and no drop-in is offered.
This 1-hour session of yoga is gentle and slow-paced allowing focus on deep relaxation and passive stretching. Unlike active yoga classes
this is a calming practice with passive poses. Poses are typically held for extended periods, often 5-20 minutes, encouraging deep breathing, mindfulness, and release of tension. You are required to bring a blanket and a pillow as personal props to this class.
Private Yoga Session

These sessions are offered for purchase in single sessions or multiples for a discounted price.
There are multiple days/times of the week offered for these sessions booked by appointment only.
This 1-hour session will allow for you to understand your personal postural positioning and how to adapt asanas with prop's or make adjustments to optimize your ability to access more depth and range in your yoga asanas.
